COVID-19 Precautions
Please DO NOT book an appointment if you are having flu-like symptoms: (coughing, sneezing, fever or feeling unwell)
Sickness Rescheduling Rules: you MUST give a 48 hour sick notice to have full $50 deposit transfer over to your new rescheduled appointment.
If you give a 24 hours or less sick notice only HALF ($25) of your deposit will transfer over and the other half ($25) of the deposit will have to be paid in order to secure new appointment.
Please do NOT book and or please RESCHEDULE your appointment if you have a
COLD, FLU, STREP or COVID all these viruses are very contagious therefore your appointment must be rescheduled!! Appointment will be cancelled at visit if you are showing any of these illnesses & you will lose your deposit you will need a new deposit for a new appointment

DEPOSIT: $52.32 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is REQUIRED when booking your appointment. The deposit is deducted from your total. $50 goes towards your appointment, the 2.32 is a square service fee that MโLuxe is not responsible for. Remaining balance due in cash, or Venmo or Zelle ONLY!!!
TARDINESS: FULL SETS PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME. For Fills Anything After 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled. You must be in MโLuxe within that 10 minute grace period & ready to be lashed. Showing up after 10 minutes (meaning 11 minutes & after) still means your appointment is cancelled. NOTE IF YOU ARE LATE WITHIN YOUR 10 minute grace period THIS IS TIME TAKEN FROM YOUR LASH TIME. Lash Time lost. It is your responsibility to prepair in advance for your appointment this means familiarizing yourself in advance as to where MโLuxe is located and prepare in advance for your commute, traffic, detours etc. MโLuxe is not responsible for these delays and deposits are still forfeited after 10 minutes. Please give yourself more than enough time to commute & for your appointment time!
UPON ARRIVAL: Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes free of eye makeup, glue, mascara or eye matter. If you arrive with dirty lashes I will add a lash bath to your service for $10. Choosing to skip the bath will result in poor lash retention that MโLuxe is not responsible for. Lash bath will take away from your fill time so please wash your lashes prior.
DURING SERVICE: Please put your phone on vibrate & refrain from cellphone usage. It slows down the process & is a distraction as well. You are asked to put your phone on silent & leave your phone with your other belonging to prevent distractions. You can not take phone calls during your lash appointment If you CAN NOT stay off your phone during your appointment do not book with me. Please do not wear contacts at the time of your service. Book accordingly. My work cannot be rushed for any reason.
REQUIREMENTS FOR FILLS: When booking a fill in you MUST have 40% lashes remaining. Anything less will be charged as a full set. If you arenโt sure send me a picture before you book. To extend the life of your lashes, itโs recommended to schedule a fill every 2 weeks.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations/rescheduling need to be done 48 hours before your appointment anything less than 24 hours will ONLY transfer HALF ($25) of your deposit over to your rescheduled appointment. You will be required to pay the other half ($25) of your deposit to confirm new appointment. A $50 deposit fee is required for every appointment.
Same day cancellations/rescheduling will result in a new deposit.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you donโt communicate with me that you arenโt able to make it to your appointment the card on file will be charged 100% & youโll be blocked & unable to receive any services from me going forward. Please respect my time & my clients that really need their lashes done. I am very understanding so please communicate with me.
AFTERCARE: Clean lashes increases your retention. After getting your lashes done you have 24 hours to inform me that there is a problem with your lashes for a free touch up.
- NO EXTRA GUESTS!
- Make sure you add all the add ons you want for your service. Do not wait until the time of your service.
- I do not work on someone elseโs work unless itโs pre approved!
- I do not work on curly/damaged lashes (if youโre unsure send me a picture of your lashes before booking)

When you arrive remain in your car & let me know you are here. I will prompt you when to come in. DO NOT ENTER SALON WITH OUT BEING TOLD TO ENTER, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN TO YOUR CAR!!!
